All bands in 100bp DNA Ladder are blunt end, whichavoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.The 100bp DNA Ladder consists of 11 DNA fragments ranging from 100bp to 1500bp(100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000, and 1500bp,the 500bpfragmentis 100ng, others are all 50ng) The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 2% agarose gel for maximum visualization. It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
