All bands in 150bp DNA Ladder are blunt end, whichavoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.The 150bp DNA Ladder consists of 8 DNA fragments ranging from 150bp to 1500bp(150,300,450,600,750,900,1200, and 1500bp,the 600bpfragmentis 100ng, others are all 50ng) The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 2% agarose gel for maximum visualization. It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
