All bands in 500bp DNA Ladder are blunt end, which avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.The 500bp DNA Ladder consists of 8 DNA fragments ranging from 500bp to 600bp(500,1000,1500,2000,2500,3000, 4000BP and 60000bp,the 2000bpfragmentis 100ng, others are all 50ng) The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 1% agarose gel for maximum visualization. It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
