Description

The DM500 DNA marker consists of 7DNA fragments ranging from 50bp to 500BP (50BP,100BP,150BP,200BP,300BP,400BP,and 500BP,the 200BP fragments is 100ng others are 50ng) The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 0.5-1% agarose gel for maximum visualization. It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
