<p>Take the total amount of culture medium, add deionized water to a volume of 1000mL, stir evenly, and adjust the pH value to 6.8 ± 0.2. Sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes or 115℃ for 20 minutes, cool the culture medium and store it in a refrigerator at 4℃.</p>

<p><strong>Instructions</strong></p>



<p>Weigh 42.0g of this product into 1L of distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, divide 250mL per bottle, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent agar from settling at the bottom of the vessel and solidifying, cool to around 50℃, add 0.1g D-cycloserine per 250mL of culture medium, gently shake well, and pour onto a plate.</p>



<p>If necessary, 25mL of 50% yolk saline suspension can be selectively added to every 250mL of culture medium.</p>



<p><strong>Application</strong></p>



<p>Used for Plate Counting of Clostridium perfringens.</p>

<p>Used for the isolation and cultivation of anaerobic bacteria.</p>
