Product Number: RA02

Description

Our Ribonuclease A Solution is a non-specific ribonuclease derived from bovine pancreas that has been modified through protein engineering technology. It is obtained through yeast expression and purification. It does not contain bacterial endotoxins expressed by prokaryotes. Functionally, RNase A is a ribonuclease that can hydrolyze the phosphodiester bond between the 5 '- ribose on a nucleoside and the phosphate group on the adjacent pyrimidine nucleoside 3' - ribose. The resulting 2 ', 3' - cyclic phosphate can be hydrolyzed into the corresponding 3 '- nucleoside phosphate. Therefore, single stranded RNA can be specifically degraded at the positions of C and U nucleotide residues. RNase A is very stable. RNase A exhibits high efficacy when acting on single stranded RNA.

This product is widely used to remove RNA contamination from DNA or protein samples.

This product is free from contamination by endonucleases and exonucleases, as well as protease contamination.

After opening the package, if keep at 2-8°C for more than one week, it is recommended to sterilize by filtration. PES or PVDF membranes with low protein binding are recommended in sterile filtration.

Description

Proteinase K is a broad-spectrum serine protease originally isolated from fungus Engyodontium album. Proteinase K is commonly used in molecular biological and biopharmaceutical applications to remove protein contamination from preparations of highly native undamaged nucleic acid because it rapidly and effectively inactive nuclease that might degrade the DNA or RNA even in the presence of denaturing reagents. MEBEP recombinant proteinase K is a mutant to the native protease that result in improved specific activity, higher yield and wider range of pH/temperature with optimal activity. The large scale recombinant preparation has advantages in lot-to-lot consistency, superior purity and cost-efficiency. DNA-free nature of recombinant Proteinase K made it well-suited in isolating DNA and RNA templates. Recombinant proteinase K is widely used for general digestion of proteins and Chemo-enzymatic peptide synthesis in molecular biology, molecular diagnostic and biopharmaceutical applications. Proteinase K is one of important enzymes in various industries like leather, cosmetics, food and feed etc.

Description

Benzo Nuclease is a kind of no-specific endonuclease. The Benzo Nuclease genetically engineered endonuclease from Serratia marcescens.

Benzo Nuclease degrades all kinds of DNA and RNA (double stranded, single stranded, linear and circular and supercoil) but without proteolytic activity. It is effective over a wide range of conditions and possesses an exceptionally high specific activity.

Benzo Nuclease completely digests nucleic acids to 5'monophosphate terminated oligonucleotides 2 to 5 bases in length (below the hybridization limit), which is ideal for removal of nucleic acids from recombinant proteins, enabling compliance with FDA guidelines for nucleic acid contamination. The ability of Benzo Nuclease to rapidly hydrolyze nucleic acids makes the enzyme an excellent choice for viscosity reduction to reduce processing time and increase yields of protein. For example, the enzyme is compatible with BugBuster® and PopCulture® Protein Extraction Reagents and can therefore be added along with these reagents to eliminate viscosity and remove nucleic acids from E. coli extracts. The enzyme consists of two subunits of 30 kDa each. It is functional between pH 6 and 10 and from 0-42°C and requires 1-2mM Mg2+ for activation. The enzyme is also active in the presence of ionic and non-ionic detergents, reducing agents, PMSF (1 mM), EDTA (1 mM) and urea (relative activity depends on specific conditions). Activity is inhibited by>150 mM monovalent cations,>100 mM phosphate,>100 mM ammonium sulfate, or>100 mM guanidine HCl.

Shipping under room temperature and Store at 4 to -20°C recommended.

The Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase is a recombinant Taq DNA polymerase that has been chemically modified by the addition of heat-labile blocking groups to its amino acid residues. The enzyme is inactive at room temperature, avoiding the extension of non-specifically annealed primers or primer dimers and providing higher specificity of DNA amplification. The functional activity of the enzyme is activated in 10-minute incubation at 95°C. The activated enzyme maintains the same functionality as Taq DNA polymerase: Has the 5′to 3′DNA polymerase activity and 5′to 3′exonuclease activity without 3′-5′exonuclease activity. The extending speed is 1 kb/30 sec. There is an "A" on the 3′end. The PCR product can be cloned in TA vector.

Applications

Hot start PCR amplification

Specific amplification of complex cDNA and genomic template

The amplification from low copy number DNA template

Real-Time PCR

Multiplex PCR

Generation of PCR products for TA cloning
