<p>This reagent kit can be stored at room temperature for 12 months without affecting its effectiveness.</p>



<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>This product contains 5mL of RNA sample preservation solution in each tube, which can directly preserve small volumes of fresh tissue samples. There is no need to prepare a collection tube during operation. Simply place the processed tissue fragments with a volume of about 1cm<sup>3</sup> and a thickness less than 0.5cm into the storage tube, and the sample can be completely immersed in the sample storage solution in the tube, which is convenient and fast.</p>



<p>The RNA sample preservation solution in the sample preservation tube is a new type of RNA stabilization reagent that can quickly penetrate into tissues to protect RNA. Its rapid protective effect ensures the accuracy of downstream gene expression analysis results. Protected RNA can be stored for 2 days at 37℃, 7 days at 18-25℃, 4 weeks at 2-8℃, and long-term at -20℃ or -80℃. Even repeated freezing and thawing of RNA will not degrade. The tissue preserved by this product can be used for all subsequent experiments related to RNA, including total RNA extraction, micro RNA extraction, mRNA extraction, etc.</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>RNA molecular diagnosis is a branch of molecular diagnosis in in vitro diagnostic technology (IVD). Compared with DNA molecular diagnosis, RNA molecular diagnosis has the advantages of high specificity, sensitivity, accuracy, speed, pollution-free, and good clinical conformity. In recent years, with the advancement of technology, RNA molecular diagnosis technology has attracted much attention.</p>



<p>When collecting blood samples, the gene expression profile can undergo significant changes within a few minutes. Anticoagulants such as EDTA can prevent blood clotting, but cannot prevent RNA in the blood from being rapidly degraded by RNAses. Therefore, when studying gene expression using blood samples, it is necessary to extract RNA from nucleated cells in fresh blood in a timely manner.</p>



<p>This product can stably store RNA in blood at room temperature (15-30℃) for at least 7 days without degradation, and at 4℃ for 14 days. Collecting blood samples is simple and convenient, and can be widely used in hospitals, research institutes, and third-party testing institutions for the collection and preservation of blood samples.</p>

<p>ME-tip500 Plasmid Maxi Resin column is based on anion exchange column technology, utilizing gravity flow to efficiently purify plasmid DNA. The yield can reach 10mg (Giga), 2.5mg (Mega), 500μg (Maxi), or 100μg (Mini) of high copy plasmid DNA. And ensure that the purified plasmid DNA has low endotoxin levels. The entire purification process avoids toxic substances such as phenol, chloroform, ethidium bromide, and CsCl, reducing the harm to users and the environment. The plasmid DNA purified by plasmid purification packing and reagent kit is suitable for transfection, sequencing, labeling, cloning, and any other experimental operations.</p>

<p>Ni NTA SweAgorase 6 Fast Flow is a metal ion chelating affinity chromatography separation medium formed by binding NTA ligands chelated with nickel ions onto agarose microspheres. Fixed metal ion affinity chromatography (NTA) utilizes the interaction between Ni<sup>2+</sup>and the side chains of certain amino acids (mainly histidine, with small amounts of cysteine and tryptophan) on proteins for separation and purification.</p>



<p>Features: Wide range of use, simple operation, suitable for gravity columns and pre installed columns;</p>



<p>High flow rate, high loading capacity, low Ni<sup>2+</sup>detachment, and wide compatibility of reagents;</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>Ionic exchange fillers are widely used for the separation and purification of downstream proteins, nucleic acids, and peptides in biopharmaceuticals and biotechnology. It mainly includes four types: strong acidic cation exchange packing, weak acidic cation exchange packing, strong alkaline anion exchange packing, and weak alkaline anion exchange packing. The ion exchange fillers are all based on highly cross-linked 6% agarose as a medium, which can tolerate high flow rates and higher chemical stability, making it suitable for laboratory and industrial large-scale purification.</p>



<p>DEAE Beams 6FF is a weak anion exchange filler with an ion exchange group, - O-CH<sub>2</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>-N<sup>+</sup>(C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>5</sub>)<sub>2</sub>H. The specific properties are shown in the table below.</p>
