Description

This kit uses TaqMan probe real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs a pair of Human Parvovirus B19 specific primers, combines with a specific probe, and uses fluorescence PCR technology to amplify and detect the DNA of Human Parvovirus B19 in vitro, which is used for etiological diagnosis of suspected infected materials in clinic. The kit is provided with an Internal Control, which can monitor whether there is PCR inhibitor in the sample to be tested by detecting whether the internal control is normal or not, so as to avoid false negative PCR.

Application

This kit uses TaqMan probe real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs a pair of Human Parvovirus B19 specific primers, combines with a specific probe, and uses fluorescence PCR technology to amplify and detect the DNA of Human Parvovirus B19 in vitro, which is used for etiological diagnosis of suspected infected materials in clinic. It is suitable for detecting Human Parvovirus B19 in blood samples and other samples, and is used for auxiliary diagnosis of Human Parvovirus B19 infection.

Human parvovirus B19 is one of the common viruses. The virus particle diameter is 23nm and there is no envelope. The virus belongs to the Parvoviridae family and is a member of the genus Erythrovirus. It is the pathogen that causes infectious erythema, aplastic crisis in patients with chronic hemolytic anemia, chronic anemia in immunosuppressed patients, miscarriage during pregnancy, and stillbirth.
