Description

This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology, and designs specific primers and Taqman fluorescence probes for conserved regions of respiratory adenovirus sequences to achieve qualitative detection of respiratory adenovirus DNA in throat swabs.

Application

This kit is suitable for detecting respiratory adenovirus in samples, and is suitable for auxiliary diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of respiratory adenovirus infections. The test results are for reference only.

Specimen collection

The collected or processed samples should be stored at 2℃~8℃ for no more than 24 hours; if long-term storage is required, they should be stored at -70 ℃ or below, with no more than 3 freeze-thaw cycles.
