<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>This product does not rely on T4 DNA ligase and is not restricted by the restriction sites of the vector and the insert fragment. It uses overlapping fragment recombination. A special enzyme mix can directionally recombine a vector linearized by any method with a PCR fragment (blunt-ended) having 15-25 bp overlapping regions at both ends. It enables highly efficient seamless cloning of 1-5 fragments.</p>
