Description

This kit employs the double-antibody sandwich method to measure the level of human V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 4 (VSTM4) in samples. The microplate is coated with purified human VSTM4 antibodies to form a solid-phase antibody. The sample containing VSTM4 is sequentially added to the wells coated with monoclonal antibodies, followed by binding with HRP-labeled VSTM4 antibodies, forming an antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, the substrate TMB is added for color development. Under the catalysis of HRP, TMB is converted to blue and further transformed into the final yellow color under acidic conditions. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the concentration of VSTM4 in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm using a microplate reader, and the concentration of human VSTM4 in the sample is calculated based on the standard curve.
