Description

This test kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of bovine circular Taylor disease (T. annua) in specimens. Coat a microplate with purified bovine T. annulata antibody to prepare a solid-phase antibody. Add T. annulata to the micropores coated with the antibody in sequence, and then bind with HRP labeled T. annulata antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme-linked antibody complex. After thorough washing, add substrate TMB for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the presence of T. annulata in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of T. annua in the sample using a standard curve.

Application

This kit is used to determine the content of T. annua in bovine serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
