Description

This kit uses the double antigen sandwich method to determine the expression of human hepatitis C virus antibodies (HCV Ab) in specimens. Using purified antigen coated microplates to prepare solid-phase antigens, they can bind to hepatitis C virus antibodies (HCV Ab) in the sample. After washing to remove unbound antibodies and other components, they can then bind to HRP labeled antigens to form antigen antibody enzyme labeled antigen complexes. After thorough washing, TMB substrate is added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at 450nm wavelength using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader and compare it with the CUTOFF value to determine the presence or absence of human hepatitis C virus antibodies (HCV Ab) in the specimen.
