Description

  1. 5×Sequency Buffer and BigDye3.1 are both original products sold after packaging.
  2. Sanger Sequency Mix is an optimized combination of 5 x Sequency Buffer and BigDye3.1, containing a certain amount of auxiliary additives.
  3. In theory, 1ml BigDye3.1 needs to be paired with 2-3mL 5 x Sequency Buffer.
  4. Purpose and scope of application: First generation sequencing reaction.

Note

  1. The actual cost of the unit is relatively high, be careful when adding samples to reduce sample loss.
  2. Before each experiment, perform instantaneous centrifugation to further reduce the loss of the tube wall.
