Description

This kit provides adapters and primers used in second-generation sequencing library construction, specifically designed for Illumina platform library construction. The index primer design can meet the needs of preparing multiple library samples for multiple high-throughput sequencing. The prepared library can be used for sequencing platforms such as Illumina GAIIx, HiSacnSQ, HiSeq 2500/2000/1000, and MiSeq sequencing.

1. Magnetic frame
2. DNA purification and recovery kit
3. DNA Library Kit
4. Anhydrous ethanol
5. Reaction tube: It is recommended to use a low adsorption PCR tube and a 1.5 ml centrifuge tube
6. Gun head: It is recommended to use high-quality filter gun heads to prevent contamination of reagent kits and library samples

Preparation and important precautions before the experiment

1. The adapter is a double chain structure, please do not place it above room temperature to avoid chain breaking and affecting its use.
2. Before opening the index primer, please briefly centrifuge to collect the liquid to the bottom of the tube to avoid cross contamination between different primers.
