Description
This kit employs a competitive ELISA method. The microplate is pre-coated with a Tetracycline (TCs) conjugate antigen. Tetracycline (TCs) standards or samples are added, and the free Tetracycline (TCs) competes with the pre-coated Tetracycline (TCs) conjugate antigen on the microplate strips for the anti-Tetracycline (TCs) antibody enzyme conjugate. TMB substrate is used for color development. After adding the stop solution, the color changes from blue to yellow. The absorbance is measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader. The absorbance value is inversely proportional to the Tetracycline (TCs) content in the sample. The Tetracycline (TCs) concentration in the sample is calculated from the standard curve.
Application
This kit is intended for the quantitative detection of Tetracycline (TCs) residues in soil, air-dried manure, feed, fish, shrimp, meat tissues (such as chicken, beef, and pork), food, serum, and urine samples.
