Description
This kit employs a competitive ELISA method. The microplate is pre-coated with a Sulfathiazole (STZ) conjugate antigen. Sulfathiazole (STZ) standards or samples are added, and the free Sulfathiazole (STZ) competes with the pre-coated Sulfathiazole (STZ) conjugate antigen on the microplate strips for the anti-Sulfathiazole (STZ) antibody enzyme conjugate. TMB substrate is used for color development. After adding the stop solution, the color changes from blue to yellow. The absorbance is measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader. The absorbance value is inversely proportional to the Sulfathiazole (STZ) content in the sample. The Sulfathiazole (STZ) concentration in the sample is calculated from the standard curve.
Application
This kit is intended for the quantitative detection of Sulfathiazole (STZ) residues in feed, fish, shrimp, meat tissues (such as chicken, beef, and pork), liver, kidney, honey, milk, milk powder, serum, and urine samples.
