Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of human reduced glutathione (rGSH) in specimens. Purified human reduced glutathione (rGSH) antibody was coated onto a microplate to prepare a solid-phase antibody. Reduced glutathione (rGSH) was sequentially added to the micropores coated with the monoclonal antibody, and then combined with HRP labeled reduced glutathione (rGSH) antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with reduced glutathione (rGSH) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of human reduced glutathione (rGSH) in the sample using a standard curve.
Application
This kit is used to determine the content of reduced glutathione (rGSH) in human serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
