Description
This test kit uses the double antigen sandwich method to determine the expression of bovine circular Taylor disease antibody (T. annuata Ab) in specimens. Using purified antigen coated microplates to prepare solid-phase antigens, they can bind to T. annuata Ab in the sample. After washing to remove unbound antibodies and other components, they can then bind to HRP labeled antigens to form antigen antibody antigen complexes. After thorough washing, TMB substrate is added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and compare it with the CUTOFF value to determine the presence or absence of T. annuata Ab antibodies in the specimen.

This kit is designed for the detection of antibodies against Theileria annulata (T. annulata Ab) in bovine serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
