Description
The kit employs a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Pre-coated microplates with rat reduced glutathione (GSH) antibodies are sequentially added with samples and standards, followed by incubation and washing. HRP-labeled detection antibodies are then added, incubated, and thoroughly washed. The substrate TMB is used for color development, which is converted to blue under the catalysis of peroxidase and further turns yellow under acidic conditions. The intensity of the color is positively correlated with the concentration of rat reduced glutathione (GSH) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm using a microplate reader, and the sample concentration is calculated.
