Description
The kit adopts the one-step double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Add samples, standards and HRP-labeled detection antibody sequentially into the microplate wells pre-coated with human matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) antibody, followed by incubation and thorough washing. Color development is performed with TMB substrate. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of peroxidase and finally turns yellow under acidic conditions. The color intensity is positively correlated with the concentration of human matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450 nm using a microplate reader to calculate the sample concentration.
