Description
MEBEP Metal bead 2.8mm (Stainless Steel Beads for Tissue Homogenizer, 2.8mm) can be used with high-throughput tissue grinders or other devices that grind through oscillation, for grinding and mixing samples such as tissues.
These Metal bead have a diameter of approximately 2.8mm, with approximately 5500 beads per pack.
These Metal bead can be reused 5-10 times. After use, wash them with water, sterilize with high pressure or soak in 70% alcohol, and dry for future use.
To avoid cross-contamination between different samples, it is more recommended to use them once.
Notes:
Although these Metal bead are made of stainless steel, they may rust after a certain number of uses due to high-speed grinding in lysis solution. It is not recommended to continue reusing them at this point.
