Description
The three color pre stained protein molecular weight standard (10-250kD) includes 11 highly purified and pre stained recombinant proteins (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 72100, 130250kD). Among them, the 72kD band is orange, 25kD is green, and the remaining bands are blue, which are suitable as protein molecular weight standards for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot.
This product has been prepared in 1 × SDS-PAGE sample buffer and can be used directly without boiling, dilution, or adding reducing agents. According to the size of the sample well, 5-10μL of sample can be loaded each time.
