Description
RNA marker 6000 is a mixture of seven high-purified single-stranded RNA transcripts (in bases): 6000, 5000, 4000, 3000, 2000, 1000 and 500 bases, obtaining by in vitro transcription. The RNA concentration of the product is about 700ng/μL suitable for routine gel electrophoresis of RNA.
