Formula of culture medium (per liter); pH7.3 ± 0.1(25℃)

Instructions

Weigh 33.0g of this product, add 1000mL of distilled water, stir, heat and boil until completely dissolved. Sterilize under high pressure at 121℃ for 15 minutes, ready for use.

Application

Used for total bacterial count, pure culture, and strain preservation, as well as for disinfection efficacy testing.
