Description
This kit uses a direct competitive ELISA method, in which T-2 toxin conjugated antigen is coated on a microplate, T-2 toxin standard or sample is added, and free T-2 toxin competes with T-2 toxin conjugated antigen pre coated on the microplate for anti-T-2 toxin antibody enzyme labeling. TMB substrate is used for color development, and the color changes from blue to yellow after adding termination solution. The absorbance value is inversely proportional to the T-2 toxin content in the sample, and the standard curve is used to calculate the content of T-2 toxin in the sample. The content of T-2 toxin.
Application
This kit is used for quantitative detection of T-2 toxin in feed, fish, shrimp, and meat tissues (such as chicken, beef, and pork), eggs, honey, milk, serum, and urine.
Materials required but not supplied
- Equipment: 450nm wavelength enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, pulverizer, graduated cylinder, oscillator, funnel, Whatman No 1 or equivalent filter paper, micropipette.
- Reagents: Deionized water or distilled water, Methanol.
Note
