Description

Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is widely distributed in the plant kingdom, with high content in horseradish. It is a glycoproteinformed by the combination of colorless enzyme proteins and brown iron porphyrins, and is a commonly used enzyme in clinical laboratory reagents. This product is not only widely used in multiple biochemical testing projects, but also widely usedinimmunological (ELISA) test kits. Peroxidase, as a key component of the color display system of multiple test kits, has a significant impact on the quality of the test kits.

Features

1. Horseradish peroxidase is most commonly used due to its high specific activity, stability, small molecular weight, andeasypreparation of pure enzymes.

2. The maximum absorption spectra of HRP cofactors and enzyme proteins are 403nm and 275nm, respectively. Generally, thepurity of the enzyme is represented by the ratio of OD403nm/OD275nm RZ (German Reinheit Zahl).

Application

1. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP-05), mainly used in immunology, is a high-purity peroxidase. Using special chromatographicpurification techniques to remove isoenzyme B that can affect immunological reactions;

2. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP-03/HRP-04) is mainly used in clinical chemistry, and there are also products of this specificationused in immunological research;

3. Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP-02), mainly used in blood glucose test strips and urine analysis test strips;

4. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP-01) is mainly used in urine analysis test strips.
