Description
This kit uses the double antigen sandwich method to determine the expression of bovine viral diarrhea virus antibody (BVDV Ab) in specimens. Using purified antigen coated microplates to prepare solid-phase antigens, they can bind to viral diarrhea virus antibodies (BVDV Ab) in the sample. After washing to remove unbound antibodies and other components, they can then bind to HRP labeled antigens to form antigen antibody enzyme labeled antigen complexes. After thorough washing, TMB substrate is added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and compare it with the CUTOFF value to determine the presence or absence of bovine viral diarrhea virus antibody (BVDV Ab) in the specimen.
Application
This kit is used to determine the expression of viral diarrhea virus antibodies (BVDV Ab) in bovine serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
Specimen requirements
- Extract the specimen as soon as possible after collection, according to relevant literature, and conduct experiments as soon as possible after extraction. If the experiment cannot be conducted immediately, the specimen can be stored at -20℃, but repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
- Samples containing NaN3 cannot be detected because NaN3 inhibits the activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
