Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of rat luteinizing hormone (LH) in the specimen. Using purified rat luteinizing hormone (LH) antibody coated microplates, solid-phase antibodies were prepared. Luteinizing hormone (LH) was sequentially added to the micropores coated with monoclonal antibodies, and then combined with HRP labeled LH antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with luteinizing hormone (LH) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of rat luteinizing hormone (LH) in the sample using a standard curve.

This kit is used to determine the content of luteinizing hormone (LH) in rat serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
