Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of rat interferon gamma (IFN - γ) in the specimen. Using purified rat interferon gamma (IFN - γ) antibody coated microplates, solid-phase antibodies were prepared. Interferon gamma (IFN - γ) was sequentially added to the coated micropores, and then combined with HRP labeled interferon gamma (IFN - γ) antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the presence of interferon gamma (IFN - γ) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at 450nm wavelength using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of rat interferon gamma (IFN - γ) in the sample using a standard curve.
Application
This kit is used to determine the content of interferon gamma (IFN - γ) in rat serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
