Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of rat interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the specimen. Using purified rat interleukin-6 (IL-6) antibody coated microplates to prepare solid-phase antibodies, interleukin-6 (IL-6) was sequentially added to the wells coated with monoclonal antibodies, and then combined with HRP labeled interleukin-6 (IL-6) antibody to form antibody antigen enzyme-linked antibody complexes. After thorough washing, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at 450nm wavelength using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of rat interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the sample using a standard curve.
Application
This kit is used to determine the content of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in rat serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
