Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of rat interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the specimen. Purified rat interleukin-10 (IL-10) antibody was coated onto a microplate to prepare a solid-phase antibody. IL-10 was sequentially added to the wells coated with the antibody, and then combined with HRP labeled IL-10 antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the level of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of rat interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the sample using a standard curve.

This kit is used to determine the content of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in rat serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
