Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of rat tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF - α) in the specimen. Using purified rat tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF - α) antibody coated microplates, solid-phase antibodies were prepared. Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF - α) was sequentially added to the coated micropores, and then combined with HRP labeled TNF - α antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF - α) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at 450nm wavelength using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of rat tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF - α) in the sample using a standard curve.

This kit is used to determine the content of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF - α) in rat serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
