Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of rat follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the specimen. Using purified rat follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) antibody coated microplates, solid-phase antibodies were prepared. FSH was sequentially added to the wells coated with monoclonal antibodies, and then combined with HRP labeled FSH antibody to form antibody antigen enzyme labeled antibody complexes. After thorough washing, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at 450nm wavelength using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of rat follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the sample using a standard curve.
