Description
This product is a 5 × concentrated protein loading buffer with Bromophenol Blue as the dye for the electrophoretic loading of non-reduced SDS-PAGE protein samples. It contains Tris-HCl buffer, glycerol, SDS and bromophenol blue.
Protocol
- Mix well 1μL of 5 × SDS-PAGE Loading Buffer (non-reducing type) per 4μL of protein sample .
- Heat in a metal or boiling water bath for 3-5 minutes to fully denature the protein sample.
- Cool to room temperature and load on the gels.
Note
- Ensure that the product is fully re-warmed before use.
- Crystals may precipitate at low temperatures, but a 37℃ water bath can promote dissolution. After mixing, the solution can be used further
