Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of human caspase-3 in specimens. Purified human caspase-3 antibody was coated onto a microplate to prepare a solid-phase antibody. Caspase-3 was sequentially added to the wells coated with the antibody, and then combined with HRP labeled caspase-3 antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme-linked antibody complex. After thorough washing, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with caspase-3 in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of human caspase-3 in the sample using a standard curve.
Application
This kit is used to determine the content of caspase-3 in human serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
