Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of human hepatitis B B virus pre S1 antigen (HBV PreS1Ag) in the sample. Coat the microplate with purified antibody to prepare solid phase antibody. Add hepatitis B B virus pre S1 antigen (HBV PreS1Ag) to the microplate coated with monoclonal antibody in turn, and then combine with HRP labeled antibody to form antibody antigen enzyme labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, add substrate TMB to develop color. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The color depth is positively correlated with the hepatitis B virus pre S1 antigen (HBV PreS1Ag) in the sample. Use the microplate reader to measure the absorbance (OD value) at the wavelength of 450nm, and calculate the concentration of human hepatitis B virus pre S1 antigen (HBV PreS1Ag) in the sample through the standard curve.
