Description
This kit employs the double antibody sandwich method to measure the level of human MIS/AMH in specimens. Microplate wells are pre-coated with purified human MIS/AMH antibody to form a solid-phase antibody. MIS/AMH is added sequentially to the antibody-coated wells, and then binds with HRP-labeled MIS/AMH antibody to form an antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, TMB substrate solution is added for color development. TMB is converted to a blue product under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and turns to a final yellow color under acidic conditions. The color intensity is positively correlated with the concentration of MIS/AMH in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450nm with a microplate reader, and the concentration of human MIS/AMH in the sample is calculated via a standard curve.
Application
This kit is intended for the quantitative determination of human Müllerian inhibiting substance / anti-Müllerian hormone (MIS/AMH) concentrations in human serum, plasma and related liquid samples.
