Description
This kit measures the level of mouse anti-rabies virus IgG antibody (RV-IgG) in specimens using the double-antigen sandwich method. The microplate is coated with purified antigen to create a solid-phase antigen. The coated wells are sequentially treated with anti-rabies virus IgG antibody (RV-IgG), followed by HRP-labeled antigen to form an antigen-antibody-HRP-labeled antigen complex. After thorough washing, the substrate TMB is added to produce a color reaction. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP and further transformed into a final yellow color under acidic conditions. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the concentration of anti-rabies virus IgG antibody (RV-IgG) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450 nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay reader, and the concentration of mouse anti-rabies virus IgG antibody (RV-IgG) in the sample is calculated based on the standard curve.

This kit is used to determine the content of anti-rabies virus IgG antibody (RV-IgG) in mouse serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
