Description
This kit uses a specific primer for the nucleic acid of Clonorchis sinensis, combined with a specific probe, to amplify and detect the DNA of Clonorchis sinensis in vitro using fluorescence PCR technology. It is used for pathogen diagnosis of suspected infectious materials in clinical practice.
Application
Clonorchiasis is a foodborne zoonotic parasitic disease caused by infection with Clonorchis sinensis (Cs), which seriously endangers human health. The larvae of Clonorchis sinensis need to pass through two intermediate hosts. The first intermediate host includes various freshwater snails, and the second intermediate host includes various freshwater fish and shrimp.
This kit is suitable for detecting Clonorchis sinensis in stool and other samples, and is used for auxiliary diagnosis of Clonorchis sinensis infection. The test results are for reference only.
