Description
This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs a pair of specific primers for bovine cryptosporidium, combines with a specific probe, and uses fluorescence PCR technology to amplify and detect the DNA of bovine cryptosporidium in vitro, thus achieving the goal of rapid detection.
Application
This kit is suitable for detecting bovine cryptosporidium in animal feces and other samples, and is used as an auxiliary diagnostic tool for bovine cryptosporidium infection.
Specimen collection
Take 1g of solid feces and 0.5-1mL of water sample.
