Description
This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology. A pair of sequence specific primers for Jugr2 gene, a walnut derived component, are designed. Combined with a specific probe, the DNA of Jugr2 gene, a walnut derived component, is amplified and detected in vitro using fluorescence PCR technology, achieving the goal of rapid detection.
Application
This kit is suitable for detecting Jugr2 gene, a walnut derived component, and is used to screen whether the sample to be tested contains walnut derived components.
Applicable instruments
ABI7500, Agilent MX3000P/3005P, LightCycler, Bio-Rad, Eppendorf and other series of fluorescence quantitative PCR detectors.
