- This reagent kit can be stored at room temperature for 12 months without affecting its effectiveness.
- Inappropriate storage at low temperatures (4℃ or -20℃) can cause solution precipitation, affecting the effectiveness of use. Therefore, transportation and storage are carried out at room temperature (15℃ -25℃).
- To avoid volatilization, oxidation, and pH changes caused by prolonged exposure of reagents to the air, each solution should be covered tightly in a timely manner after use.

Description
This product adopts a unique DNA clearance/RNA adsorption universal column technology combined with a new solution system, without the need for toxic and harmful reagents such as phenol/chloroform and β - mercaptoethanol. Suitable for efficiently extracting high-purity and high-quality total RNA from various fresh or frozen animal tissues or cells, with the fastest process taking only 8 minutes. The obtained total RNA has high purity, minimal gDNA residue, no protein or other impurities contamination, and can be directly used for various downstream experiments such as RT-PCR, RT qPCR, RNA high-throughput sequencing library construction, chip analysis, etc.
Application
Suitable for rapid extraction of total RNA from ordinary animal cells and easily lysed animal tissues, using unique genomic DNA clearance column technology to ensure effective clearance of gDNA residues, without the need for DNase digestion, RNA can be directly used for reverse transcription fluorescence quantitative PCR, Downstream experiments such as Northern blot.
