Instructions
Weigh 63.0g of this product, heat and stir to dissolve in 950mL distilled water, divide into 95ml bottles, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes under high pressure, heat and dissolve the agar before use, cool to around 50℃, add 5mL of room temperature thawed potassium tellurite inoculant to every 95mL of culture medium, shake well, and pour into a sterile petri dish. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 48 hours before use.
Application
Used for the isolation, cultivation, and counting of fungi and yeast in food.
