Formula of culture medium (per liter); pH7.4 ± 0.2(25℃)

Instructions

Weigh 38.0g of this product, add 1000mL of distilled water, stir and heat to boil until completely dissolved, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes under high pressure, cool to around 50℃, pour an equal amount and culture based on sterilization culture (4mm high).

Application

Used for agar dilution and diffusion methods in drug susceptibility testing.
