Instructions
Weigh 30.0g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water, stir to dissolve, divide, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes or 115℃ for 30 minutes, cool, and set aside for later use.
Application
Used for bacterial cultivation, especially for testing the disinfection effect of disinfectants and non selective seedling cultivation of Staphylococcus aureus.
