Formula of culture medium (per liter); pH7.2 ± 0.2(25℃)

Instructions

Weigh 40.5g of this product into 1L of distilled or deionized water, stir and heat to boiling, then maintain boiling for 2-3 minutes. Immediately distribute the solution, sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes. After sterilization, shake well and cool rapidly for later use.

Application

Used for the cultivation of anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria, and microaerophilic bacteria.
