- Opened but not completely used the all components should be stored at (-20±5)°C. It is recommended to separate in PCR tubes before refrigeration to avoid repeated freezing and thawing of all reagents next time. It is not recommended to repeat the freeze-thaw cycle more than 7 times.

The reaction system is lyophilized powder that contains all components required for fluorescence PCR, including Taq enzyme, reverse transcriptase, primers, probes, dNTPs, and Mg2+ etc.
Add 100μL Redissolved Diluent to the TOX quantitative standard substances 1~4, mix well, and use a handheld centrifuge to centrifuge briefly before use.
Description
This kit uses fluorescent PCR technology to design specific primers and specific fluorescent probes for the conservative regions of Toxoplasma and human endogenous gene sequences, to achieve in vitro amplification of Toxoplasma DNA, and is used for clinical etiological diagnosis of suspected infected persons.The kit is provided with an Internal Control(IC), which can monitor whether there is PCR inhibitor in the sample to be tested by detecting whether the internal control is normal or not, so as to avoid false negative PCR.
Application
This kit is suitable for detecting Toxoplasma gondii DNA in specimens such as venous blood, and is suitable for auxiliary diagnosis of Toxoplasma gondii infection.
Toxoplasma gondii can cause toxoplasmosis in humans. Congenital toxoplasmosis mainly damages the central nervous system of the fetus and can cause miscarriage, stillbirth, brain necrosis, hydrocephalus and mental disorders. Children who survive the infection often have intellectual disabilities and epilepsy due to congenital brain damage. Acquired toxoplasmosis generally has no obvious clinical symptoms in patients with complete immune function.
