Description
Specific primers and probes of this kit are designed targeting highly conserved regions of the *Bacillus cereus* genome. In the presence of *Bacillus cereus* genomic template in the reaction system, the PCR reaction proceeds and fluorescence signals are released. A real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument is used to monitor and output signals from the corresponding channels during PCR in real time, so as to realize qualitative analysis of test results.
Application
This kit is suitable for the detection of *Bacillus cereus*. *Bacillus cereus* is a common aerobic or facultative anaerobic bacterium widely distributed in soil, water and food. Under specific conditions, this bacterium can cause food poisoning with symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting. Therefore, rapid and sensitive detection of *Bacillus cereus* is of great significance. This reagent can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of *Bacillus cereus* infection, but it cannot be used for definitive diagnosis.
