Description
This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs a pair of soybean Lectin sequence specific primers [1-3], and combines with a specific probe to perform in vitro amplification and detection of soybean Lectin DNA using fluorescence PCR technology, thereby achieving rapid detection.
Application
The plant lectin Lectin gene is an endogenous gene contained in soybeans themselves. In the detection of genetically modified soybean food ingredients, it is used as an endogenous reference gene to confirm the presence of soybean DNA and test the quality of extracted DNA [1-2].
This kit is suitable for detecting the soybean Lectin gene in seeds, feed, food, and environmental samples, and is used to screen for the presence of soybean components in the samples to be tested.
Applicable instruments
ABI7500, Agilent MX3000P/3005P, LightCycler, Bio Rad, Eppendorf and other series of fluorescence quantitative PCR detectors.
Specimen collection
Weigh 200g of sample.
